Most often, an anchor is not visible but it is there under the surface to help to keep you steady.
Well done on taking the first step towards finding some help. I know it can be hard but I am here to help you work through whatever is making life difficult for you.
Together we will explore the areas of your life that you are finding problematic so that you are able to find a positive way forward. I am here to listen and help you gain a deeper understanding and awareness. I will offer you the support and care you need to achieve your full potential.
I offer a humanistic approach which means that our sessions will be predominantly led by you because you are the expert on yourself and only you know exactly what it is like to be you. We will work at a pace that is comfortable for you as I help you to work through the issues you bring.
